When will you post my items?

We take between 1-3 days to pack and dispatch your order. 

When could I receive my items?

After we dispatch from our warehouse, usually Sydney customers can receive within 1 to 2 business days, Melbourne & Brisbane about 2 to 3, most other area within Australia is about 3 to 6 business days.

Unfortunately, we are not in a position to guarantee the delivery time by AusPost as it depends on their service status. We can only guarantee when we send them. Please check the latest delivery times at the Australia post website, as there can be delays.
If the parcel didn't turn up within the desired time frame, please contact us.

What postage options do you offer?

We offer free, standard, express and post with insurance.

What international shipping options do you have?

Australia Post Registered International: Delivery within approximately 3 to 10 business days worldwide.
