Refund Policy


We have a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For damaged or defective items, please see below for further information.

Issues with products as a result of failure to following care instructions or accident damage are not eligible for return or exchange.

Any return shipping costs are at your expense. We strongly recommend using a tracking number or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for items that go missing in the mail.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Extra Care Items

Some products are naturally fragile and require extra care when in use. Any damage as a result of misuse or accidental damage is not covered by our return policy.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Keep in mind that many crystals contain natural flaws and fractures.

Please include photos of the product when you contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We pack every order with utmost care to ensure they arrive in their original condition. However, we cannot guarantee the treatment of parcels in the mail service and may not cover the cost for goods that arrive damaged in the mail. As such, we always recommend you pay for insurance, in particular, when the item is fragile or bulky.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

1. Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants etc)
2. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items etc)
3. Personal care goods (such as beauty products, essential oils etc)
4. Sale items
5. Gift cards

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


After receiving your return, we will inspect the condition of your item(s) and assess the eligibility of your return. You will be notified once the assessment is complete. If eligible, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
