We accept exchanges within 14 days of you receiving your purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Himalayan Salt products, Earrings and Sale items cannot be exchanged.

You are responsible for all shipping costs and non-refundable. Alternatively, you can bring the item to our store at the same address in person.
If you are shipping an item to us, we strongly recommend using a tracking number or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for items that go missing in the mail.
